JBD Tritec where contracted by a large energies & services contractor to provided a turnkey mechanical install of pipe bridges, pipe supports, pipework and all associated design works.

Project Specifics

• Carry out full stress analysis steam and condensate design, full steelwork and pipebridge design to accommodate loadings and stresses of the steam and condensate pipework. 
• Supply of all steam and condensate inline equipment and expansion devices.
• Fabrication of all steelwork, pipebridges and CE marking.
• Fabrication of all carbon steel and stainless steel pipework to AMSE B31.3.
• Installation of all steelwork, pipebridges and associated pipework.
• Circa 1200m piperun consisting of 12” steam main, 10” gas main and 4” condensate return.
• Full offsite fabrication in Glasgow.
