Overview

JBD Tritec were contracted by well known waste water treatment designer initially to complete Phase 1 of a 3 phase project in Lockerbie, Scotland. Since then we have continued a close working relationship securing the 2nd and 3rd phase of the Lockerbie project and have since been involved in various projects across the UK.

JBD Tritec are typically the main Mechanical contractor on these projects and provide Pipework, Steelwork and Equipment Installation Services.

Project Specifics

• Installation of stainless steel pipework ranging from DN15 to DN450.
• Installation of plastic pipework and dual contained hoses for chemical dosing systems.
• Installation of pipe racks and small platforms. 
• Installation and assembly of free issue RO and membrane skids.
• Installation of all tanks, pumps and equipment. 
• Installation of mixing systems within reactors.
