Overview

JBD Tritec were contracted by one of the main drinks manufacturers who where looking to upgrade an existing plant to incorporate a new rum cask disgorging plant.

JBD Tritec were appointed principal contractor on this project as well as the main mechanical & piping contractor.

Project Specifics

• Principal Contractor Role - Inclusive but not limited to all site planning and management, site welfare, project timelines, sequencing works, isolations & permit to work systems.
• Project exceeded more than 25,000 man hours generating over 1500 permits to work over a 5 month period, with no lost time accidents or incidents to report.
• Over 20 different subcontractors involved in the project, trades ranging from Scaffolding, Roofing, Electrical/Instrumentation & Mechanical….
• Site manning levels reached a maximum of 60 contractors per day, managed and works coordinated safely under JBD Tritec PTW system.
