Overview

JBD Tritec were involved in manufacturing and assembling a skid unit for the heating and cooling of a sheet plastic process. Our client PTSC who are specialist consultants/design engineers in heat transfer systems issued us with a GA drawing and isometric drawings, which we manufactured the skid frame, pressure vessel and pipework from.



All equipment in this particular project was free issued by the client and installed by JBD Tritec.

Project Specifics

• Skid Unit Fabrication, Shot blasting, painting & CE marking.
• Carbon Steel Pipework manufactured to ASME B31.3.
• Assembly of all pumps and equipment.
• 600L Expansion Vessels manufactured under PED CAT II to ASME VIII.
• Instrument Piping.
• Local Control Panel and Instrument Cabling.
• Client FAT.
• Delivery & Site installation in Hull.
