Overview

JBD Tritec were contracted to build 8 Anaerobic Digestion Plants over a 6 year period for a return client.

On these projects JBD Tritec were the main mechanical contractor on site delivering turnkey projects.

Our strength lies in our ability to cover the full mechanical scope required by this type of build typically working only with client P&IDs, leaving the client to engage with the individual specialst packaged plant providers.

Project Specifics

• Projects ranged from 2-4 digesters per site and associated equipment.
• Design and installation of all pipebridges, piperacks and associated steelwork.
• All process and utilities pipework ranging from DN15 to DN400. 
• Supply and commissioning of pumps and grinders.
• Full installation of all other free issue mechanical equipment.
• Installation of internal mixing systems.
