VALVE REFURBISHMENT

Excel Engineering Services has a fully equipped 10,000ft2 workshop dedicated to repairing and overhauling industrial valves. We have a committed clean room for the testing and certification of Safety Valves. We also provide a first class On Site Service delivered using our highly experienced Engineers, who all carry the safety passport.

We offer the following valve refurbishment services including:

• Full blasting and cleaning
• Machining
• Grinding, lapping and polishing
• Testing to API 527
• Painting
• Flanged sealing
• Sandblasted the castings
• Resurfaced the flanges
• Machined the flanges to their original tolerances
• Replaced all gaskets, bolts and nuts
• Thoroughly test the valve using rigorous guidelines designed for new valves

All valves are tested, overhauled and certified to suit customers needs.
