Valve Refurbishment
JBD Tritec has a fully equipped workshop dedicated to repairing and overhauling industrial valves. We have a committed clean room for the testing and certification of Safety Valves. We also provide a first class On Site Service delivered using our highly experienced Engineers, who all carry the safety passport.
We offer the following valve refurbishment services including:
- full blasting and cleaning
- machining
- grinding, lapping and polishing
- testing to API 527
- painting
- flanged sealing
JBD Tritec:
- sandblasted the castings
- resurfaced the flanges
- machined the flanges to their original tolerances
- replaced all gaskets, bolts and nuts
- thoroughly tested the valve using rigorous guidelines designed for new valves
And returned to full working service within a turnaround of only 1 week!
