Excel Engineering
Emerson appoint Excel Engineering as an approved repairer of Fisher valves
Excel Engineering is an approved Repair Associate for Emerson Fisher Control Valves and is able to offer a complete valve management service.
Excel Engineering will carry out a full site survey – including valves and control valves – which will allow us to react swiftly to break downs and ensure fast turnaround times during shutdowns.
Excel Engineering also retains a large stock of different valve types and spares should you require a new valve at short notice.
Our expert workforce is fully trained in all mechanical, safety and control valves and is able to provide unrivalled service, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
All of our works are carried out to API 527 testing and we are accredited to ISO 9001:2008, 14001:2004 and BS QHSAS 18001: 2007.
Our Whitburn workshop offers state of the art testing rigs with machine shop and clean room testing facilities. Testing can be carried out up to 450bar, options available are hydraulic, nitro, helium, oxygen and air.
