Client Challenge
Powermaster were contracted to change out and upgrade the chiller plant at Diageo Shieldhall, this involving two chillers, two air cooled condensers, two separate tanks and four pump skids.
JBD Tritec, a Diageo key supplier, were contracted to supply the vessels, pump skids and associated pipework. All pipework was fabricated in thin wall stainless steel, tanks and pump skids were all assembled off site.
With only three days available for the changeover, the prefabrication of all pipework and skids allowed the project to be completed successfully , this allowing the chill filtration to begin again after a weekend break.
